Long John Silvers

 
 

Despite being a seafood chain, Long John Silver’s is best represented by the Midwest, a region notably deficient in seas.  So we decided to speak to the folks who are apparently eating at Long John Silver’s: land-lovers. Just as you may hold a seashell to your ear and hear the ocean, we invited these land-lovers to put their lips to a fillet of Long John Silver’s fried Alaskan pollock and taste the ocean.
